The Online Merchandising Associate is responsible for managing product and inventory levels through online ecommerce portals through large retailers like Amazon and Wayfair.  Reviewing and manipulate data in Microsoft Excel through advance techniques such as formulas and pivot tables. Reviewing large amounts of data for inconsistencies and work cross departmentally for corrections.

Specific duties include:

• Create and maintain detailed spreadsheets including pivot tables to reflect product data, pricing, sales details.
• Generate and maintain product listings across a variety of platforms.
• Manage stock levels across those platforms.
• Audits across multiple e-commerce platforms, such as Amazon, Wayfair, Houzz, Overstock etc.
• Write & edit product copy as needed.
• Continually improving processes through data sheet manipulation to assist in data uniformity and speed to market by using equations and scripts in Excel.
• Participate in projects to grow and sell products, determine factors as it relates to product pricing, complete product market research.

Qualifications:

• Associates Degree required with a focus in Business, Marketing, Statistics.  Bachelors’ degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1-year experience in a data management or analytical role preferred.
• Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
• Solid knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, with a full understanding of Teams.
• Basic understanding of selling though online ecommerce platforms like Amazon, Wayfair, etc.
• Strong analytical, critical thinking, research and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and display initiative.
• The position is located at our Berlin Headquarter and will work cross-functionally with teams based in our Uk and European office.

The Customer Service Associate  is responsible for ensuring that customer's needs are taken care of using an elevated customer service approach with a first call resolution process.  Provide product availability to customers, order status, including pricing and shipping details.  Provide options and solutions that will drive an enhanced customer experience. 

• Answer inbound calls with an elevated customer experience approach using the first call resolution process. Inbound calls include:  product availability, order status, pricing and shipping details to customers.
• Process email requests and inquires.
• Process credits based on complete research to ensure proper credits are being applied.
• Use basic upsell and cross sell techniques to provide product and service alternatives.
• Prioritize rush orders and special requests.
• Provide proactive solution based support and product recommendations via verbal and/or written communication directly with customers.
• Collaborate and build cross functional relationships with internal and external customers; including within their work team.
